This paper is an example of the remarkable work which can be done by Erasmus students — in this case by Alyzée Thomas. She has managed to bring together the various declarations and resolutions of different EU Institutions and highlight the priority given to European Citizenship by the Conference on the Future of Europe. More European civic education is recommended time and time again in relation to different policies. There is a wealth of rhetoric, but what about implementation? This research backs up the case for the ECI being proposed by the ECIT Foundation.
